Our Master Course and Teacher Training consists of 5 Levels.
Levels 1-4 focus on a specific area and practice. They would be taken in order and at your own pace. Upon completion of each level, you will receive a Certification of Completion.
If you only want to focus on certain areas and not become a certified White Tiger Qigong Teacher, then Levels 1 to 4 would be perfect for you.
Level 5 is for those who have taken Levels 1-4 and are now ready to complete the Teacher Training portion. This would allow you to become a Certified White Tiger Qigong instructor in 5 Element Qigong.
**Only those who complete Levels 1-5 can become certified to teach by White Tiger, once you complete the assessments.
The dynamic 5 Element Qigong is associated with different internal organs and their related meridians. Each animal form works to heal and bring into balance the internal organs and the meridians of the body. Each animal represents a different element of the 5 Elements in Chinese Medicine.

I am not sure which level(s) to register on, what do you recommend?
Levels 1-3 will give you the complete 5 Element Qigong Master Course.
If you are interested in healing/transforming yourself and/or are interested in learning Qigong without helping others then we would recommend registering for Levels 1-4.
If you are interested in the above and/or would like to help heal/transform other lives by sharing your Qigong experience, then we would recommend registering for levels 1-5.
Levels 1-5 are the complete Master Course and teacher training program. It will provide you with a certification to practice Qigong for yourself and others.
Subject to approval from White Tiger Qigong, you will also be able to monetize your learnings and develop your own Qigong classes, seminars and retreats.
What if I’m just getting started out?
The course has been designed to support all levels of experience levels and you do not need any prior Qigong experience to join.
How do I register?
To register, you must pick which level(s) of courses you are interested in and then proceed to the checkout to pay. Once payment has been confirmed you will be sent an email to confirm your place.
Can I start with one level at a time and then upgrade at a later date?
Yes, you can start with level 1 and if you want to continue your study you can upgrade to other levels at any time.
We will also send you a reminder email nearer the end of each level inviting you to upgrade.
Are the course prices in US dollars?
Yes, the price is in US dollars.
Where is the White Tiger Teacher Certification valid?
Our Qigong certification is valid around the world as there is no existing governing body for Qigong unlike other practices, such as Yoga and Tai Chi.
Will the White Tiger Teacher Certification allow me to give teacher training as well?
You cannot conduct teacher trainings but will be able to deliver Qigong classes to your family, friends, and clients.
How is the training accessed?
You will be given access to join our advanced training portal. Instructions will be provided by email after you pay.
When will I get access to the course?
You will be given instant access to the course welcome and introduction sections after you pay. Instruction on how to access your course will be sent to you by email.
The official course start date is January 24th, 2022 and we recommend you start on that date so you can join in with the community discussions.
How many hours approximately will I need to study a week?
We suggest/recommend a minimum of 3-5 hours per week and for optimal practice, 1 hour per day 5-6 days per week.
After two years of certification, how do I recertify? Is there a recertification course, test, or fee?
You are required to submit a video of yourself practicing the forms after two years. Re-testing is $200 every two years and includes a complete video analysis along with one year membership to the Masterclass and Masterclass library.
Under the name of White Tiger Qigong as an instructor, are there any extra costs or fees to use the brand or method?
There are no extra fees or cost in using the White Tiger Qigong logo if you are a certified WTQ instructor. All details will be stipulated on the agreement which you will sign upon getting certified. Please write to info (at) whitetigerqigong.com for more details.
Is there any physical test required before the course starts?
No there isn't. The forms can be modified to suit different levels of ability. However, we do stipulate that our students must take responsibility for their own health, and seek approval from relevant healthcare professionals if they have any concerns about their ability to participate, especially if they have any specific health conditions or injuries.
What’s the cancellation policy?
If you’re not happy you’re free to go! We’re not going to force you to stay :) No quibbles, just let us know and we’ll set you free. We do not offer refunds on Master Courses and Teacher Trainings. Your access will remain in place as long as the amount you have paid covers the levels purchased.
